VeloVets Sierra Vista meets and departs from the Sierra Vista Golf Center at Pueblo del Sol parking lot, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Show up early to give yourself time to get set and be ready to roll!
We roll at 8:30 am.
Come join us for a fun ride, great conversation, hot coffee, tea - every ride!!

We are a growing group of 119 Strong Veterans on bicycles! We have many members with disabilities and support riders who all enjoy the physical challenge of riding! We support each other on the bike and off the bike. We always stop at a local coffee shop for coffee and snacks. The shops and routes change with each ride, but the good times don't!

Get local Disabled U.S. Military Veterans off their couches, reconnect with other Vets, and exercise their bodies, stimulate their minds through cycling, and to obtain much needed camaraderie - something that many veterans miss when they leave military service. These local military Brothers and Sisters collectively look after each other.

Twice each week throughout the year, we ride, talk, have coffee stops, and make a commitment to each other to show up next time. This bonding helps us all. Anyone can become a member of VVSV and / or ride with us. We leave no rider behind.

By Ken and Congressman Ciscomani

In honor of Stu Carter, Congressman Ciscomani read the following letter into the Congressional Record.

Al,
Thank you, Dan, Leo and Phillip for your amazing job in shepherding us VeloVets safely to and from Kartchner Caverns SP today. In spite of the rain, our ride was a resounding success and we're grateful for the Cochise S.A.T.’s vital role in making it so.
Very Respectfully,
Ken Kingsley

Gunny,
Thank you for the delicious BBQ for our First Annual VeloVets Sierra Vista Stu Carter Memorial Bike Ride. The hot food was especially appreciated given the chilly, wet weather.
The ride event was a resounding success and the food served was a very large contribution. Looking forward to next year!
Very Respectfully,
Ken Kingsley
